Carinata Germination Trial: Improve Early Growth and Plant Health with Albit® 2014-15
University of Florida - Quincy, FL | 2014 - 15
Healthier Carinata Begins with Albit®
This Carinata Germination Trial, conducted at the University of Florida in Quincy (2014–2015), evaluated how Albit® supports germination, root development, and early-season growth in carinata (a variety of rapeseed). The visual differences were clear—Albit®-treated plants were stronger, healthier, and more uniform throughout the growing stages.
When seeds were treated with Albit®, plants showed faster, more consistent emergence, along with more developed root systems and greater early biomass compared to the untreated check.
Later, foliar applications of Albit® led to even more noticeable benefits—plants had thicker stems, more uniform structure, and increased flower production. In contrast, the untreated plots appeared thinner, with delayed growth and less vigor.
Albit®, a plant growth promoter with built-in stress-reduction properties, helps carinata establish faster, tolerate stress better, and develop stronger root and shoot systems from the start. The result? A healthier, more resilient crop.
